aura service is currently unavailable что делать
Windows
ASUS AURA

Hi y’all. I’m getting kinda annoyed about this software. I have followed the guides to completely remove it with revouninstaller, I’ve used the aura cleanup software, I’ve rebooted like 4000 times, I’ve manually run the aura service installer about a dozen times, but still when I try to launch the app it says that the auraservice is currently unavailable. I’ve also unplugged the computer overnight as someone mentioned, but honestly I think that is bull**** because it’s a software issue.
Software shouldn’t be this messy or this difficult to uninstall completely. Please do something about it!
I have a Crosshair VI Hero.
Is there anybody here who knows what the frig they’re doing that can get this working for me? I want to be able to control the lighting. I spent a lot more money to have RGB and I just want it to work as advertised.
Also, put the captcha at the bottom of the screen on this. Holy crap.

I have to clean install windows and let Amoury crate automatically install itself, Aura sync is bundled with that.
I have a problem with all versions of Aura Sync with bios version 2406 and 2501 on Crosshair VII Hero Wifi. Lower bios verios are okay.

I’ve been through every single guide and now ver 71 does this. I give up.
Miniatura de Adjuntos
I went to C:\Program Files (x86)\LightingService after uninstalling the lighting service component and found a 3kb file called LastProfile.xml. I deleted it. I then went to the registry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\ and deleted the LightingService subdirectory.
Same at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\ (deleted the lightingservice folder)
I reinstalled just the lightingservice component and then rebooted, and sh. it just started working. Try it out. I don’t know if it’s related, but I also updated my AMD radeon driver to 19.7.5 by downloading from the amd website and choosing «Clean Install».
These is normal. the reason is that most of us, even me until i start helping on the fixn data recoleccion, see aura as a APP. a program. IS NOT. Aura is hardware. a chip on out boards.
When you remove the electricity of the board, the chip reset. then on boot the aura chip revice the info as XMP file that reprogram on last know configuration. by befault (bios instruction) the board is rainbow and the gpu is red breathing.
These is where the fix was done. some instruction get left behind. and that is why many of us have aura that does not load or have issues.
When i have my target of 50 computers, i will send the data back since for now is manual fix that WORKS! (97%of the times) the rest has done con clean install cause there is more than xmp files. bios, windows make a good chuck of the issues. I send that all ready and we are going to test something that add a simple way with out making any mombo jombo registry cleanning. i hope soon these is sort out.
I take these iniciative since we asus are sending and the help on some drivers, that is a huge effort, and most no one can resolve my notes. WELL a fix is was made.

I got the same problem after installation V 1.07.71.
— After that i have deinstall ALL ASUS Software
— then boot 2-3 times
— then clean registry with finding «ASUS» + «AURA». Then delete all the strings.
— boot 2-3 times
— use CCleaner after cleaning registry manuel
— then install AURA from ROG Motherboard USB-Stick (Ver 1.06.95)
— then boot
— then deinstall AURA 1.06.95 and boot fresh
— then delete all folders «ASUS» on systempartition
— then install AURA 1.07.71
After all that AURA should be fine.

Lighting Control.
Try searching on the Asus web-site for your motherboard model under support and completing online searches. I may be able to upload legacy lighting control software versions to an FTP site. Stay tuned.

There are many people with this horrible problem. I’ve managed to find a solution but this only applies to my own PC. You can have a go to see if it works for you. The only real solution I’ve found is to revert back to a version that worked. In my case it was Lighting_Control_1.06.45, yours might be a different version. I’ve tried so many different solutions on the internet and it came to this. I think that either the latest version wasn’t tested to work on different rigs and gaming PC’s.
1. Uninstall all Aura software including Armoury Crate.
2. Reboot your machine.
2. Go to the installer folder for version 1.07.79 and then go to the aac folder. Double click on each file in the folder and select uninstall if this appears. If the file has been uninstalled then click cancel and move onto the next file.
3. Run CCleaner to clear out any registry entries.
4. Shut down your machine.
5. Switch off your power supply at the back of your machine (or on the front).
6. Unplug your computer for at least 15 seconds.
7. Plug back in and switch on your machine.
8. Go to the BIOS settings and make sure that the AURA service is set to ON.
9. Save your BIOS settings (if necessary).
10. Download and extract the files from Lighting_Control_1.06.45.
11. Run the ‘setup’ file as ‘administator’.
12. Run the program and your LED’s should be working.
This worked for me, but i used different aura version of Aura → AURA_win10-64_V1.05.32.02_0329 (https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/m. 32.02_0329.zip)
OS: Windows 10 2004
RGB devices: TUF X470-PLUS and MasterCase H500P Mesh
As I previously posted back in March
update for those having problems finding the previous Aura downloads ASUS has provided.
anyone with a motherboard released pre-2019;
you will find the packages in your motherboard’s download section, Drivers & Tools > Utilities > «See All Downloads»
for those with newer boards;
just browse through an older motherboard’s downloads sections, such as: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards. Desk_Download/
getting Armoury Crate & Aura Creator to finally work.
I recently added an ROG Ryujin 360 to one of our systems and again went through all the trouble of trying to get it syncing with my motherboard & other aRGB devices, or functioning at all actually.
Once again having the same issues of devices not being recognized in Aura Sync or Live Dash, no matter which versions I tried.
So also again tried uninstalling/deleting everything and installing the latest Crate + Creator softwares which again led to no functional control of any LEDs(MB, AIO, or aRGB case).
So this time I did a quick reinstall of the latest version of Windows 10, opting to keep my existing files & settings.
Voila, latest versions of Armoury Crate & Aura Creator are working perfectly for all devices.
It seems the ASUS software, no matter which version(s), has a real problem in Windows with the storage of device IDs and later having conflict issues with those IDs. If we could determine exactly where/how this data is stored in the system it should make the processes much easier.
I don’t know what ASUS support tech’s problem is, I would guess it is based on 3rd party support groups that have no access to actual software data so cannot provide us with any helpful advice in these situations.
The exact steps I took after the OS reinstall were:
to extract the SetupROGLSLService archive and run the ArmouryCrateInstallTool,
then restart Windows,
then install Armoury Crate app through the built-in Microsoft Store,
then restart Windows again,
then install the Aura Creator app through the Microsoft Store.
Now I have a fully functional & synced aRGB system using my own lighting patterns created in Aura Creator and setup through Armoury Crate.
I hate having to use the MS Store for anything and always keep it and it’s apps disabled. So this time I just made sure I had these services & apps installed before disabling the entire Store feature on the new OS install.
