Hello,
I have a problem. Since three days the gaming hub software is not working on my Laptop.
I got the message: omen gaming hub is not supported in this region.
I remove the gaming hub app an reinstall it.
But this was not helping.
I’m living in germany.
What can I do that the app is working?

Some features of the OMEN Gaming Hub app are available for select products only. Refer to the OMEN Gaming Hub features a table for the list of features your computer supports. If a recent Windows update did not complete successfully, the OMEN Gaming Hub app may need to be updated or reinstalled.
Uninstall the app through either of these methods:
In Windows, search for OMEN Gaming Hub.
In the list of search results, right-click the OMEN Gaming Hub icon and select Uninstall to remove the app.
In the Start menu, click Settings, and then click Apps.
In the Apps & features list, click OMEN Gaming Hub.
Click Uninstall to remove the app.
Once the app is uninstalled, install the latest HP OMEN Gaming Hub version
In Windows, search for and open Microsoft Store.
In the store, search for and open OMEN Gaming Hub.
Click Get, and then click Install.
NOTE: Installation of apps from the Microsoft Store requires a stable network connection for correct download and installation.

Hi guys
For nearly a week this problem started
I’ve tried everything
I try to update the application
I also tried to reinstall it
But the problem is not solved
please help.
In this scenario, Let’s try to perform a system reset on the PC.
For some reason, if this does not help then I would suggest you could try to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool which allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive.

Please uninstall the HP Omen Command Center, restart the Notebook and download the Omen Command Center from Windows Store
1) Click the Windows Store icon in the system tray.
2) Search for OMEN Command Center.
3) Click Update.
4) Wait while the program downloads and installs.
5) Click Play.
Click on this link to run the Windows Updates troubleshooter.
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to go ahead and update the Bios and other drivers using HPSA.
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Hello, when I open the omen gaming hub, I see this article(OMEN Gaming Hub is not supported in this region). I updated my windows to the previous version and this error was fixed. But a few days later this error started again.You told me that repair your windows I tried that too,but it didn’t work.I bought my laptop from Ukraine but I changed my location in windows.I made the location to Turkey.I changed the region back to Ukraine but that didn’t work either.
