После того, как я себя накрутила, то очень переживала о том, что мне дали трек-номер только спустя 4 с половиной часа.
Следующая волна паники наступила, когда пришло сообщение о том, что
Доставка DHL Express 3221119296 от [ссылка] запланирована на 16/11/18 (без учёта сроков таможенного декларирования). Требуется подпись. Перенести доставку можно перейдя по ссылке [ссылка] Stop SMS: [ссылка]
Не особо подробно, да? Что за подпись, когда подпись? Как правило, подпись мною ставится лишь единожды при получении. Но поскольку произошли изменения в условиях доставки у магазина Shopbop, то я была готова к новинкам. Поэтому не посмотрев на электронную почту (где они все подробно описали), я сразу ринулась оставлять заявку на горячую линию. Они довольно оперативно позвонили, успокоили.
Коробочка, кстати, не DHLа, а SHOPBOPа. На ней только сверху был лист-наклейка со штрихкодом и информацией.
А вот и ради чего все «хлопоты».
Для меня общение с DHL оказалось приятным и они ответили на все мои вопросы.
Отмечу, что раньше, при таможенном оформлении просили только скан паспорта рф, сейчас ещё и ИНН. У меня был только номер с налогового уведомления(не документ). Но его приняли, чем никак не осложнили мою жизнь.
Судя по отзывам здесь и на других портала, наибольшие проблемы имеют живущие вне столицы, поэтому способным получить свою посылку в Москве (или МО) повезло больше.

I have recently ordered an apple iPhone expecting that to be shipped from Manila, Philippines. But I found out later that it is being shipped from Singapore, with the given DHL tracking number the status of shipment is on hold for past 2 days. I just wanted to know if it is a matter to worry or need to give some time to see the changes? I am assuming it is getting delayed due to COVID issues. I did mail the DHL service and waiting to contact apple after sales support to make sure there is no issues with the shipping.

Hi Punith, did you pay taxes upon receiving your order? Its free shipping but now im worried about how much the taxes might be for a new iPhone. Thanks for sharing.

I ordered my Macbook last March 31. Got shipped April 8 but it’s been on hold until today. It’s still on the number 2 part. I noticed for the one above after a day the first shipment on hold only took a day.. Was thinking of calling DHL Philippines and inquire, would you know if they’ll be able to answer my query even if the item is still in Singapore?
I live in Naga City, Bicol btw. Hoping I receive it before said arrival date as well.

UPDATE: I contacted DHL Care services on jan 13 2021, they informed me that they’re working closely with Apple to have our items shipped and should not be worried as they will be able to deliver our order within the given timeframe.
Jan 15 2021, Tracking details showed me “Processed” at Singapore-Singapore.
so with these let us believe that DHL will be able to ship from Singapore to Manila then soon to our homes within the given timeframe.

Hello, i did receive my order on 25 jan 2021, well i ordered it on 8 jan 2021. The shipment was on hold at several points. and it was on hold for more than 3 days when it already finished the custom clearance at Manila. i called them to know what happened then i found out that they forwarded it to 3rd party service(at legazpi) to deliver my order. i was able to contact them and pickup my order to avoid further delay.
You can also call or contact dhl via their website.
Shipment on hold is very normal in the process (before shipping to Manila, during custom clearance and after custom clearance)
One thing i can assure you is, you will get your order atleast 1-2 weeks before the estimated delivery date. please be calm and contact dhl whenever you need to know the status. (call to their number to know the exact status which is not reflected on the tracking page)
