If your labels are not updating in SLOBS, please try the following:
Delete the sources for the labels that are not updating.
Add a New Source > + > Widgets > Stream Label > Pick the File via the Drop Menu.
After doing that, the files should update once every 60 seconds or so. If that doesn’t work.
Go back into SLOBS > Logout (Top Right Corner) > Restart SLOBS (Run as admin if need) > Log Back In.
At this point your files should now be working. If not, check the solution at the bottom of this guide.
Stream Labels Desktop Application
First, let’s start by deleting the Text Sources you created in your Streaming Software.
Then we will want to delete the following folders:
— Delete the folder with the text files that was created (The Streamlabels Output Folder)
— Delete: %appdata%\Roaming\streamlabels
Make sure you have the Latest Version of Streamlabels, which you can get at: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/streamlabels
— Then Install Streamlabels with the file you downloaded. Log into Streamlabels and choose the output directory.
— Add your Text Sources into your Streaming Software (OBS) using the output directory you have just chosen in the application.
— Now you can edit the format of the output data in the File Settings within the Streamlabels application.
The text files will only update about once every 60 seconds. Any manual edits to the text files will result in the files being overridden by the Streamlabels application. Tokens are case sensitive! Save your settings, then wait, as the changes will take about 60 seconds to appear.
If you’re still having issues with files not being created and/or not updating, check to make sure you don’t have any anti-virus software that may be interfering, if so you will need to add an exception in your anti-virus software for Streamlabels, which should resolve the issue.

Set up a new scene collection called test. Added my streamlabs alertbox URL to a new browser source.
Pressed record, triggered a test subscription.
Alert visual content plays. No audio.
Under 20.0.1 alertbox sounds were working.
Have not reported to streamlabs as the alert works in a browser window.
Running MacOS 10.11.6.

Been having the same issue as everyone here seemingly. Just came across this thread looking for answers.
I’m running on macOS 10.12.6
Tested alerts on Chrome. Works fine on streamlabs but I’m only getting the image on OBS.
I have not contacted Streamlabs yet. Everything seemed to work on their end.

-Have not contacted Streamlabs, seeing as this is clearly working fine on their end (shown by the fact that the browser test worked perfectly) and since the issue only started after an OBS update, that couldn’t be a coincidence.
-The previous version before the update. I began using OBS two months ago and has been working fine until this update.
-I should state here that I have the previous version of OBS on my MacBook and it runs alerts fine without an issue. I chose to not upgrade after seeing how it effected my desktop iMac. So, I firmly believe that it would be worth your while Fenrir to dig deeper as many streamers rely on OBS and until recently we firmly stood by this program. Is it only you who has tried troubleshooting this error or are their other devs or customer service reps who could input?

So, first I want to comment on your use of «customer service reps» here. You seem a bit confused. OBS is not a company, it doesn’t have customers. None of you are paying to use OBS, and all support is run by volunteers such as myself who help out in our spare time. All of the OBS Contributors have acknowledged that there is something weird going on, but many of us (myself not included) are at Twitchcon this week. None of you have even tried reaching out to Streamlabs for support (which, to clarify, does have customers and is a business motivated by profit. If there’s an issue with their system on the latest version of OBS, they are going to be jumping through hoops to sort it out). On a clean install of OBS on 20.1.0 on macOS, we were not able to replicate this issue. So please try to understand from our perspective here.
Jim is at Twitchcon this week, and Browser Source in general is an extremely complex plugin to try and debug. I would ask that you all please be patient until this can be looked into further. There is no harm in staying on 20.0.1 until this can be sorted out. Log files help, so please keep them coming.

Как подобрать оптимальные настройки
Настройки видео должны подбираться в соответствии с мощностью ПК или ноутбука. Чем слабее устройство, тем больше проблем возникнет при трансляции. Если планируется стримить игры, то запаса мощности должно хватить одновременно и на запуск игры, и на стрим. Для повышения производительности, прежде всего, следует понижать разрешение и фреймрейт. Для слабых машин оптимальным будет разрешение 1280х720 и 30 FPS.
В настройках рекомендуется выбирать кодек x264 (установлен по умолчанию). Такой вариант позволяет получить качественную картинку даже при слабом видеоускорителе. При слабом процессоре рекомендуется снижать параметр битрейта. Также для повышения быстродействия рекомендуется устанавливать самые свежие драйвера для видеокарт с дополнительным функционалом для трансляций, использовать плагины.
Как найти ключ трансляции
Наиболее сложным моментом при настройке стрима является поиск ключа трансляции. Зависимо от того, на каком сервисе производится стрим, алгоритм действий незначительно отличается. Чтобы посмотреть ключ стрима на Ютуб, следует выполнить следующие действия:
