Unable to locate ADB Android studio, flutter
I know there is already post about this, but none seems to work for me. Android studio unable to locate ADB. I checked my adb.exe exists in the path folder. I have deleted my McAfee anti virus as well following the advice from before, but not working.

Found the solution. The virtual device api was Android 10+ (30), and I just added another virtual device (Android 10, 30). I don’t see the error any longer 😊👍👍

Whenever we create a new project due to some reason the Module SDK is not set up automatically. Thus the ADB manager was throwing an error ‘Unable to locate AVD’, which is not that fatal as the error/warning is not stopping us from launching /starting the emulator, but it is so annoying to see that pop-up box. So here is my simple and quick fix.
Click on the project folder, tap the dropdown icon just beside it.
Now Navigate to the path below.
Now Click on the file GeneratedPluginRegistrant.java to open it.
Once it is open, At the Top you will notice a bar that says ‘Module SDK is not defined’,
Now right against it, you will also see a hyper-text named ‘Setup SDK’, Just Click on it.
That will open a Pop-up Box with the title ‘Select project SDK’.
Now select the Android Platform API and then click OK. After that being done Restart your IDE.
Your Problem will be Solved. And you will also notice that Emulator Opens up way faster than before.
The Above Steps has to be performed with every new flutter project.

The Problem
The Below image represents the annoying Popup-box that you encounter while launching the AVD which we are going to fix.
Step 1 : Close the AVD window
Step 2: Navigate to GeneratedPluginRegistrant.java
Step 3: Look for Module SDK not Defined
Step 4: Against to Module SDK click on Setup SDK hyper-text.
Step 5: Select any Android SDK version
Step 7: Restart Android Studio IDE.
After Restart you wont see the Annoying popup box anymore.

If you are still having problems, you may need to set the Project SDK.

if using avast go for virus chest,will find adb,restore it by clicking right button..thats all,perfectly works

I use android studio in Windows 7 and i have AVG for antivirus. The first time you launch adb, AVG prompts you to add avg.exe in antivirus vault. If you accept, then you android studio dont have access to run adb.exe. So open avg >> options >> Virus Vault >> Restore (select the adb file)
In Android Studio, Click on ‘Tools’ on the top tab bar of android studio
Tools >> Android >> SDK Manager >> Launch Standalone Sdk manager
Due to some problem my adb.exe, was lost. My space of work suffered an electrical energy interruption, after that, I could not run or compile android programs.
Adb.exe is a file which should be located in your [android directory]/sdk/platform-tools. In my case, the file dissapeared, however the platform-tools was ther. My solution was as follows:

The ADB is now located in the Android SDK platform-tools.
Check your [sdk directory]/platform-tools directory and if it does not exist, then open the SDK manager in the Android Studio (a button somewhere in the top menu, android logo with a down arrow), switch to SDK tools tab and and select/install the Android SDK Platform-tools.
Alternatively, you can try the standalone SDK Manager: Open the SDK manager and you should see a «Launch Standalone SDK manager» link somewhere at the bottom of the settings window. Click and open the standalone SDK manager, then install/update the
«Tools > Android SDK platform tools». If the above does not solve the problem, try reinstalling the tools: open the «Standalone SDK manager» and uninstall the Android SDK platform-tools, delete the [your sdk directory]/platform-tools directory completely and install it again using the SDK manager.

АБР теперь находится в каталоге инструментов платформы.
Korsosa сказал, что проверьте его каталог [sdk directory] / platform-tools, если он существует. Если нет, то откройте диспетчер SDK в Android Studio (кнопка где-то в верхнем меню, логотип Android со стрелкой вниз), а также загрузите и установите Tools> Android SDK Platform-tools.
Если у вас есть инструменты для платформы, у вас есть файл adb.exe. В моем случае этот файл был сломан, поэтому загрузите этот инструмент платформы снова
Если у вас уже установлен Android SDK Platform Tool, перейдите в меню «Файл»> «Настройки»> «Настройки системы»> «Android SDK»> «Запустить автономный диспетчер SDK».
В разделе «Сервис» вы увидите, что Android SDK Platform-Tools удалена. Поэтому отмените выбор всех и установите флажок и просто нажмите кнопку «Установить».
Даже после загрузки определенного требуемого файла или всего, мы можем столкнуться с ошибкой выполнения файла.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I installed android studio v2.3 and it won’t let me run my app saying the error. I searched online and said to click the Launch Standalone Sdk manager but I am unable to locate it.

I also encountered this problem, when I tried to move an Android project from one computer to another. Since I have Android Studio 2.3 I don’t have the option to run the standalone SDK-manager (or at least, I don’t see any button).

I found the solution to resolve the problem.
Go to Tools >> Android >> SDK-Manager >> SDK-Tools
Uncheck «Android SDK Platform-Tools» and press Apply to uninstall it again. 
Then check it again to re-install it. Then I was able to compile my project again.
On my system Avast Antivirus kept quarantining ‘adb.exe’, so the file would effectively disappear. Once I suspected that, it was simply (in Avast):
Protection > Virus Chest > [three dot menu by the file] > Restore and add exception
If I would change a folder name, or re-install, I would have to do it again, but at least I knew where to look.
