Step 1
Upon entering the website, you’ll see a red notification notifying you about your active ban including the reason, evidence, how long you are banned for, and the option to appeal your ban. 
Step 2
We offer our users the opportunity to contest their ban through the appeal system. However, we ask you to only do so if you have a valid reason. The first step is to review the evidence and see if the ban is justified. The rules that you violated are mentioned in the ban reason; if you are wondering what the description of these rules are, please check them out here. If you indeed violated the rules in your ban reason, we strongly recommend not appealing your ban as we do not remove valid and correctly issued bans. In such cases, your appeal will be declined. Instead, we ask you to take the punishment as a learning experience so the same incident does not happen again in the future.
In case you strongly believe that your punishment is incorrect or you have questions or concerns that you would like to discuss with the staff member who issued your punishment, create a new appeal by clicking on «Appeal your ban» which is highlighted in yellow.
Please note that in case you wish to contest your punishment, you must provide valid and solid reasoning outlining why you believe that the punishment is incorrect. We expect a serious request to have your punishment be reversed or modified and will evaluate the original evidence, potential counter-evidence from your perspective, and the reasons you provide in your appeal. We will be unable to consider your appeal if you are appealing your ban for no real reason, spamming things unrelated to your punishment, blaming other individuals or human/hardware errors, or asking for another chance; appeals that are substantiated with such reasoning will be declined.
Step 3
Note: If you are unable to create a ban appeal, this means that you are not banned or the ban expired already as you can see in the screenshot below. 
Step 4
In the box provided, please explain why you believe that the ban is not justified and why it should be removed from your profile. If you happen to have the incident recorded from your point of view at the time the initial incident occurred, upload it to YouTube or any other video-hosting platform and include the link to the video in your appeal. Please explain in detail how the incident occurred and why your ban is not valid. Once you have provided a detailed explanation, click on «Submit appeal». 
Step 5
Wait for the staff member who issued your punishment to deal with your appeal. Spamming or otherwise posting unnecessary things unrelated to the ban will not help, nor make the situation any better.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: I appealed my ban a few hours ago, but still haven’t received a response yet.
Answer: Due to the high volume of appeals we get on almost a daily basis, it can take a while for the staff member to get back to you. If you haven’t received a response within a timely manner of maximum 3 days, then you can head over to the feedback system and file a complaint against the staff member.
Question: I have been banned, but why is there no evidence of my ban?
Answer: If you’ve been banned in-game, then it can take a while for the staff member to upload the evidence. If you wish to see it, appeal your ban and request evidence from the staff member that issued the punishment.
Question: My ban is valid and correctly issued, but can I still appeal it?
Answer: Yes and no. While you technically have the option and right to appeal your ban, we strongly recommend not doing so as we do not remove bans that are valid and correctly issued. The appeal system exists to provide users the opportunity to make a request to have their punishment be reversed or modified and should be used as such. Appeals that serve no purpose will not be taken into consideration.
Question: I want to complain about a ban that has already expired, do I still have the option to appeal it?
Answer: No, you cannot appeal bans that have already expired. You are allowed to complain about your ban over the feedback system if you cannot appeal your ban anymore, but only for a specified time. Please refer to the rules, specifically §5.3 in this case.
Question: My ban should already have expired by now, but my ban is still active?
Answer: If you live in another time zone and haven’t changed it in the settings yet, then you should do that first here or convert it into your time zone. Depending on your time zone, the exact expiration date may differ.

Первым шагом будет просмотреть доказательства и проверить оправданность бана. Нарушенные вами правила указываются в причине бана; если вам интересно описание этих правил, вы можете прочитать их здесь. Если вы действительно нарушили правила указанные в причине бана, мы настоятельно рекомендуем вам не создавать апелляцию на ваш бан, так как мы не удаляем правильно выданные баны. В подобных случаях ваша апелляция будет отклонена. Вместо этого, мы просим вас принять наказание в качестве урока, чтобы подобного не повторилось в будущем.

Постарайтесь объяснить почему вы считаете бан необоснованным и почему он должен быть снят с вашего профиля в предоставленном поле. Если у вас есть видеозапись инцидента, записанная с вашей точки зрения во время первоначального инцидента, загрузите его на YouTube или любую другую платформу видео-хостинга и укажите ссылку на видео в вашей апелляции. Пожалуйста, опишите в деталях как произошел инцидент и почему ваш бан недействителен. Как только вы предоставили подробное объяснение, нажимайте на «Submit appeal».
Шаг 5
Ожидайте, пока сотрудник команды, выдавший наказание, разберется с вашей апелляцией. Спам или отправка ненужных вещей, не относящихся к бану, ничем не поможет, и тем более не улучшит ситуацию.
Часто Задаваемые Вопросы
Вопрос: Я создал апелляцию пару часов назад, но до сих пор не получил ответа.
Ответ: Из-за огромного количества апелляций, которые мы получаем почти каждый день, сотруднику команды может потребоваться некоторое время на рассмотрение вашей апелляции. Если вы своевременно не получили ответ в течении 3 дней, то вы можете отправится на страницу системы обратной связи и написать жалобу на сотрудника команды.
Вопрос: Меня забанили, но почему нет доказательств моего бана?
Ответ: Если вас забанили в игре, тогда загрузка доказательства сотрудником команды может занять время. Если вы хотите увидеть доказательства, создайте апелляцию вашего бана и запросите его у сотрудника команды, выдавшего наказание.
Вопрос: Мой бан действителен и выдан корректно, но могу ли я создать апелляцию?
Ответ: И да, и нет. У вас конечно же есть и выбор, и право на апелляцию, но тем не менее мы строго не рекомендуем делать это, так как мы не снимаем действительные и корректно выданные баны. Система апелляций существует для того, чтобы у пользователей была возможность запросить отмены или изменения их наказания, и она должна быть использована только для этого. Апелляции, не имеющие цели не учитываются.
Вопрос: Я хочу пожаловаться по поводу истекшего бана, могу ли я создать апелляцию на него?
Ответ: Нет, вы не можете апеллировать баны, срок которых истёк. Вы можете пожаловаться на ваш бан через систему обратной связи, если вы не можете создать апелляцию, но только на протяжении определенного времени. Пожалуйста, обратитесь к правилам, особенно пункту §5.3 в данном случае.
Вопрос: Мой бан уже должен был истечь, но он всё ещё активен?
Ответ: Если вы живёте в другом часовом поясе и не изменили его в настройках, то вы должны сделать это тут, или конвертировать его в время вашего часового пояса. В зависимости от вашего часового пояса, дата окончания может меняться.

Недавно один из моих друзей рассказал смешную и строгую ситуацию наказания.
Онлайн в игре на самом деле мёртвый, пустые дороги между 20 городами и игроки пытаются, лезть в кучи, и катаются толпой между двумя городами, и устраивая пробки. Всего на сервере может быть максимум 2500 человек.
Возможно игра тем и завлекла товарища что в ней «есть живые пробки из живых игроков»
Игроки 60% времени стоят в пробках, говорят по рации, и кое как ездят. На одной дороге порой скапливаются по 400 грузовиков «фур»
Также на дорогах есть сложные развязки, где очень много проблемных мест.
Так в чём была ошибка? и повод для бана?
Со слов товарища, он увидел серую фуру которая долго стоит, пошёл на обгон по второй полосе, думая что она стоит, и начав поворот, а поскольку фура серая как и асфальт, в стекле он не увидел ничего. Начав поворот, фура сбоку тоже начала движение и, в итоге товарищ старанил соседа.
А сервер всё помнит, и к бану приложено видео. Его фура, с бочками. Игрок отправил репорт, и админ отправил таранщика в бан.
Обычно, за такие действия блокируют на 3 дня. Но тут 20 дней ( почти месяц )
Возможность апелляции бана была заблокирована, поскольку было нарушены 5 правил сервера ПДД ( неосторожное езда, обгон, таран, занятие неправильной полосы )
Поэтому прав вождения лишают не только в «реале»

This rule applies to, but is not limited to, the CB Radio, the in-game chat, your avatar, your licence/interior plates, your username, your in-game tag and any content you upload or embed on our website or forum such as images, GIFs or your forum signature.
You are responsible for your account(s). When rules are being broken, we will punish the account that broke them, no matter who was playing at that time. You are also responsible for the equipment used while driving on TruckersMP. This includes but is not limited to the safe use and maintenance of keyboards, game controllers, mice, steering wheels and similar.
Creating or using another account to get around a temporary or permanent ban. Attempting to remove ban evidence to get out of a ban. If the evidence points that you have evaded a ban, staff reserve the right to ban you again without notification. Evidence for ban evading cannot be disclosed due to it containing confidential server-side information.
Using any of the report or communication systems provided on TruckersMP services inappropriately. This can include but is not limited to spamming them, reporting users multiple times with the same evidence and misusing the system for its intended purposes.
Any breaches of the below rules might result in a 30 day ban from our report system for a first offense, and a permanent ban for a second offense, and will lead to your report getting rejected.
It is the role of our moderation staff to seek out and identify offences on our platforms while they are managing the TruckersMP community. Do not take matters into your own hands. If you see something that breaks the rules, please report the post, topic or user on the appropriate system.
You are not allowed to use our platforms to provide content that encourages, assists or otherwise allows other members to break TruckersMP’s rules.
Rules marked with an asterisk (*) do not apply on Arcade servers and inside of No Collision Zones. Traffic laws and road signage must be obeyed. This means European road laws and signage must be followed in ETS2 and American road laws and signage must be followed in ATS. Failure to adhere to the respective road laws and signage could result in a punishment. Traffic lights and stop signs can be ignored if no other users are in the immediate area. Speeding, while allowed, is not recommended. Speeding can lead to accidents and can factor in a punishment decision. Baiting other players into accidents will not be tolerated and is punishable. Areas with 25+ players are considered highly populated.
Using any kind of tool to change gameplay, including but not limited to using the in-game console, trainers or cheat engine in order to bypass the speed limiter, to jump hack, no collision hack or anything similar. Bypassing the server-sided auto kick system via save editing. Misusing features such as ghost mode to cause damage to others while connecting to the servers.
Causing a collision with another player intentionally or due to negligence. Attempting to cause a collision by steering towards their vehicle.
Restricting a user’s travel path, blocking entrances to highways or other entry points or anything similar. Failure to use the service feature (F7+Enter) when needed might result in a punishment.
Driving the incorrect way down a road. Overtaking or undertaking another player in an area of extremely low FPS and/or in highly populated areas and/or resulting in an accident or anything similar. This also includes overtaking or undertaking on any one-lane in each direction road where there is excessive traffic such as a traffic jam.
Driving in such a way that is considered unsafe and that puts other players in danger. This includes but is not limited to: driving backwards, ignoring traffic lights or road signage, speeding, racing other users (except in Tucson, Phoenix, and Södertälje (ProMods) racetracks). Driving outside of the map boundaries or in areas that are not covered by the mini map/GPS. Hidden roads which are intentionally part of the map are not included. You can use these roads. In ProMods, you can drive on unlocked roads or paths. Attempting to use desync lag or quick saves in order to cause damage to another user’s vehicle. Using the ghost mode feature to go through traffic jams.
Convoys are expected to follow all TruckersMP rules without altering the normal traffic flow. Convoy pilots are not permitted to slow down, block, control traffic and act as a staff member or otherwise abuse the pilot scheme paint job. It’s not permitted to organise a convoy in the following areas when highly populated: Kirkenes quarry (ProMods map), the Duisburg to Calais road, and in the cities of Calais and Duisburg. More than 5 players driving together is classed as a convoy.
All rules apply to any event server unless approved temporary rules override for a certain event.

Any bans older than 12 months at the time of the new ban being issued are ignored, this 12 month period is the ban cooling-off period. Ban extensions are based on the active (less than 12 months old) bans at the time of expiration and will not be altered if a ban goes over the 12 month period while the ban is active. If you have at least two active history bans in your ban history, Game Moderators will extend your next ban to a permanent ban, regardless of how many bans you have had in the last year. Bans that are extended due to it being your 4th or 5th ban cannot be removed, they are strictly thirty days and permanent.
Causing extreme lag or game crashes by save editing is not permitted. Extreme lag will not occur from duplicate parts unless the amount is truly excessive. If you save edit to create a very long trailer combination but cannot safely handle it, you are liable to be banned for reckless driving and/or blocking and it is recommended that you remove the particular modification(s). If the Game Moderation Management thinks that your modification is not fit for our servers or negatively impacts other people, you are liable to be banned until the modification has been removed.
Some offenses may only result in your content being hidden/removed, without any warnings applied. It is up to the Community Moderator’s discretion to determine what punishment is appropriate in a given situation.
The Community Moderation Management reserve the right to apply more severe restrictions or remove your access to the forum at any time, if they deem it necessary. This can also be done by Community Moderators with Management approval.
Staff reserve the right to kick or ban you from the TruckersMP servers at any point if needed. Project Management has the right to exempt individuals from rules under special circumstances. The servers, mod and staff are provided free of charge for everyone and in that sense, everyone is a guest on the servers and it is a privilege that can be removed at any time. No form of persecution or offence toward any other members or staff team members will be permitted. We reserve the right to remove your right to access the servers at any time and at our discretion. Please note that the creators of the TruckersMP mod are not linked to SCS in any way, shape, or form. TruckersMP staff can be exempted from these rules if deemed necessary for their duties.
If you have been banned, you have the right to appeal the ban via the appeal system. If you feel that your ban appeal is not handled correctly or that you want to file a complaint against a staff member, use our feedback system. Prior to contacting feedback, your ban appeal must be Accepted, Modified or Declined. The feedback system is your last option. Any decision made by high ranked staff members will be final and cannot be appealed in another way. Any abuse of the feedback system can result in a ban from its use. Evidence for bans is required to be available for the duration of the ban plus thirty days. It is not possible to contact any member of the TruckersMP staff about bans that expired over fourteen days ago. Complaints cannot be addressed privately with Staff members. You are required to use the appropriate system to fill in a complaint or appeal a punishment.
Our assets, including our logo, are copyrighted. You are allowed to use our logo in accordance with our brand guidelines.
TruckersMP can change these rules at any time given. If one of those rules does not apply anymore, the others will still do. By using our mod, you agree to all of these rules. You have no excuse that you didn’t know about them.
