При запуске клиента пинг всегда будет колебаться в районе 300, через некоторое время он стабилизируется. Это связанно с серверной защитой клиента, по ощущениям будет в районе 100, на игру это никак не повлияет.
4. По какому времени работает сервер ComeBack PW?
Сервер работает по Московскому времени.
5. Можно ли играть в несколько окон и какую программу можно использовать?
Да, наши правила не запрещают игроку запускать несколько окон. Не нужно использовать никаких программ, просто запустите второе окно через ярлык (launcher или elementclient).
6. Я забыл пароль от банка, можно ли его снять?
Для снятия пароля с банка вам необходимо зайти в Личный кабинет и там заполнить соответствующую форму.
8. Если ваш антивирус/брандмауэр или операционная система блокирует установку/запуск клиента:
В клиенте нет вирусов, некоторые антивирусы не могут распознать наш клиент и считают, что в нем находится вирус.
8.1. Добавьте папку с игрой в исключения в вашем антивирусе/брандмауэре и выполните проверку в Лаунчере.
8.2. На Windows 8/10: если появляется надпись «Фильтр Защитника Windows предотвратил запуск неопознанного приложения», нажмите «Подробнее» и «Все равно выполнить».
10. Если вы не можете запустить установочные файлы. Установка прерывается / выбивает ошибку «The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program».

При обновлении у Вас некоторые файлы попали в карантин. Это происходит, даже если у вас нет установленного антивируса. Попробуйте отключить всю защиту/добавить клиент игры в исключения защитника windows/брэндмауэра. Вытащить файлы из карантина, сделать полную проверку.
22. Отсутствует клан лист и клан чат, хотя нахожусь в клане, что делать?
