Не удается переустановить ОС на ноутбуке Dell Inspiron 15 3543

Всем привет. хотел переустановить. ноутбук DELL Inspiron 15 3543

поставил в биосе CD/DVD/. и выдает этот текст
«no boot device found press any key to reboot the machine dell» Нажимаю на кнопки перезагружается и опять этот текст)

Сбросил настройки биос и зашел через мои компьютер. (нету автозагрузки диска) зашел на диск нажимаю на setup выдает след ошибку
«Use the other installation disc that says 64-bit. When you insert it, Windows Setup will restart automatically.»

Но этот же диск на ПК работает.

Windows поддерживает 64 и 86 битовых
